Most of the population in the world uses some kind of deodorant. They never stop and read the ingredients. The antitranspirant deodorants contain an ingredient called aluminum zirconium tetrachorohydrex. This compund its know to prevent prespiration. The aluminum and zirconum for a gel that clogs the pores preventing sweat. If you think about it, isn't bad to clog the pores? The body uses the pores to get rid of toxins through sweat. If you clog your pores, how will your body get rid of those toxins?

Also, antitraspirant deodorants are know to be neurotoxic. This means it affects your brain. Aluminum was first recognized as a human neurotoxin during the mid 1880's, before being used as an antiperspirant. Aluminum is know to promote Alzheimers by 60 %. You might think, "If i apply a small amount if wont harm me." But, daily use of antitranspirant deodorants results in a chronic exposure of aluminum. In 2001, a study showed that aluminum stays in the blood for a period of 15 days.

There is always a solution to the problem. Life is only complicated because you make it complicated. There are alternatives to stop the smell of sweat. You can try applying a small amount of fresh lemon juice to your armpits.

nettle can heal??????

I know what you guys are thinking, "how can needle help?" Well i am talking about the plant needle. This plant grows in wet areas and it looks like a normal weed. It has a long stem and its covered with small sharp neetles. When you rub any part of this plant against your body it will sting you. You get a burning sensation and little bumps. A lot of people freak out thinking that its poison ivy. I remember the first time i got stung with it. At the end, this plant releases heat. A lot of people think, that if a plant gives you any kind of pain or bumps, its because is poisonous but that's incorrect. Stinging Nettle is known for its aid in detoxicating the human body, stimulating action on the kidney and the bladder, improving uric acid secretion, etc.
I know a womenb who had a stroke in her left side of the brain and her face was paralyzed for a while. A friend of hers, recommened rubbing her face with stinging neetle to recover movement. She said, "its worth it to try." After a couple of weeks she recovered her facial movement.
